Our La Fiesta consists of a naturally processed and a honey-processed Red Catuai Arabica. This blend was our pilot, the very first blend we ever created.
Our approach was quite clear and simple. We wanted to create something sweet, familiar, and tried and tested in the dynamic world of specialty coffee. The one coffee that everyone enjoys drinking, whether black, with milk, or milk alternatives, and one that is easy to control during extraction.
Over the years, we have continuously refined this blend and its roasting profile, always with the goal of creating a coffee that simply works. This blend is our customer favorite, our absolute bestseller, and we feel obligated to preserve this unparalleled flavor profile.
The robusta has now been replaced by a honey-processed red catuai, which adds even more sweetness to this blend.
It has a round, soft body and brings notes of milk chocolate, vanilla and ripe fruit.
100% of this blend has been processed as natural.
We source both varieties from Ismael José de Andrade.
José comes from a deeply rooted coffee tradition.
