Our blend soulmate sip was originally created as a blend for and during the pre-Christmas season.

Every year we create a new Christmas coffee by combining our coffees in different ratios.

We then cup the coffee and run it through our portafilter machine as espresso.

Ultimately, in 2020 we developed an exceptional Christmas blend that not only thrilled us but also our coffee community. Due to the overwhelming feedback and numerous requests, we have since added this blend to our coffee selection.

He has a fabulously strong body. He is wonderfully sweet, and his aromas remind us of cocoa, ripe dark dried fruits, and baked apples.

The portion of raw coffee from Guatemala is processed using the washed method. The coffee from Brazil is partly processed as natural and partly as honey.

The coffee from Guatemala comes from the COIPEC cooperative, also known as APPECE (2001-2018), comprised of small-scale coffee farmers in the San Marcos region. Their commitment to the socio-economic development of their communities is reflected in the plantations that stretch along the narrow valley slopes of the Naranjo River's tributary and source area, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. The name "entre cerros" refers to this unique geographical location.

Due to the high altitude of its plantations, COIPEC produces exclusively Arabica coffee as strictly hard bean (strictly high grown/SHG). With an annual rainfall of between 2,500 and 3,000 mm, the plantation also cultivates avocados, pacaya palm hearts, bananas, and jocote plums. This diverse cultivation method also reflects the commitment to sustainable agriculture and ecological diversity.

The coffee from Brazil comes from José Maria de Oliveira, about whom you can find a small profile under "Partners".
