Cupping is a fundamental concept in the coffee industry.
This is a standardized method for brewing and tasting coffee, completely independent of any specific brewing technique. This allows for an unadulterated assessment of the flavor. Cupping is used worldwide for quality control and helps to objectively evaluate the quality of a cup of coffee.
With our cupping/coffee tasting, we want to introduce you to this world. We want to inspire you with specialty coffee and show you the diversity of aromas, complexity, and surprises that coffee can truly offer in a cup.
